Mike Burton

Mike grew up in North Carolina and Delaware, listening to George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, and Steven Wright. He moved to NYC after college with a Theatre Arts degree in hand. Burton was between off-off-off Broadway shows, waiting tables and bartending when he discovered that restaurant owners are crazy and chefs are nuts and he couldn’t tell one more lady what was in a rum & coke. Burton needed to perform. One day he woke and decided to stop talking about being a comic and actually do it. That night Burton paid $5 for five minutes of stage time and has been doing it ever since. He has traveled all over the country, met some fantastic people and made most of them laugh. Burton admits, “This is the best job I’ve ever had, including the Gap.” Since being in New York, Burton has been in the music video “Softly” by Noelle Noelle, the independent film “In 21 Days” and was also featured in the TV variety show “The Fringe” that features up and coming comics and bands. Soon he will be seen at film festivals all over the country as Frank, who turns into a werewolf, in the independent feature “4 for Dinner”; a comedy-horror from the award-winning director of “The Risen”, Scott Klein. He also did an episode of Law and Order:SVU; Burton was great as “Extra #187”. It has been said that he has the southern roots that make him hospitable and enough New York in him to give Burton an edge.

Eric Hunter

Eric Hunter is a very funny comedian and actor who has appeared on the television shows Last Comic Standing, 2 seasons of William Shatner’s Aftermath, Operation Repo, Homicide Hunter, Blood Relatives and The Bob and Tom Show.  Eric performs non-stop around the country leaving his mark as a clean, funny, bright, friendly and original performer. He jokes sarcastically about various topics, including his friends and family, education, sports, and relationships. He’s best known for his hilarious, deadpan attempt to impress the women in the audience.   In October 2006, LA Weekly listed Eric in its “Some Of The Funniest Comedians In America” section. You can see Eric perform on the Comedy Time Network. He has made numerous appearances on the nationally syndicated “Bob and Tom” radio show. He also acts in numerous commercials and short films and trains in and performs improv comedy at the famed Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theatre and LA Connection Comedy Theatre in Hollywood.  You can also hear him on internet radio stations Pandora.comSlacker.com and on SiriusXM satellite radio, as well as on his very funny podcast called The Conversationalists.   Enjoy the very funny, smart, yet sometimes confusing “Around the Corner” comedy of Eric Hunter.
